Fence Noise. The Sound of Confusion
Just got back from overwhelming myself at Lowe's by looking at fencing options. Along the way spotted this bumper sticker in front of me.
Jet Noise. The Sound of Freedom.
I think that belongs on one of those, "You know you're in America" lists ...
When I first read it, I thought it was refering just to travel, the freedom of getting on an airplane and going somewhere. But then I thought, duh, they mean war planes, don't they? This idiot thinks the sound of war is the sound of freedom. Of course, there are the eco-hostile notions in it as well. What kind of car was this on?
Yes, there was a fighter jet on the sticker. I was half asleep so I didn't really notice the exact kind of vehicle .. some SUV type. The sound of war is the sound of freedom like you said.
